Q & A
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by February 18th 2025.
Can I bring a plus-one?
To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to invite named guests. We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to celebrating with you.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors by the riverfront. The reception will be held undercover in a marquee.
What should I wear?
Think garden party, but a little bit fancy.
As the ceremony and cocktails will be held on grassy areas, we don’t recommend wearing stiletto heels. Instead, block heels, flats or sandals will be comfortable.
Feel free to also bring back up shoes to dance the night away!
What if I’m not staying at the Caravan Park?
There are plenty of other places to stay nearby, like airbnb’s in Blackhead, Tuncurry or Forster. We would recommend pre-booking a taxi home as uber’s can be scarce.
Where should I park?
If you are planning to drive to the venue, please park on the road or at the caravan park.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Is there a gifts registry?
For those who would like to generously give something, we will have a wishing well on the day, but we are both extremely grateful for the time and effort you are making in order to celebrate with us and feel that your presence is a gift enough.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Our ceremony will be un-plugged, so please keep phones away.
Pre and post ceremony you are more than welcome to take photos & videos.
Whom should I ask questions?
Please reach out to Katelyn or Blake if you have any further questions.
